Whether you’re an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander customer, business or community group, we’ll work with you to make sure you have the right products and services to support your banking needs.CommBank’s Indigenous Customer Assistance line (ICAL) is a service that supports customers in remote areas across Australia.

ICAL helps customers to:
 
  • transfer money to friends and family
  • pay bills
  • check balances
  • report lost or stolen cards
  • update details such as address or phone numbers
  • set up accounts, and
  • stop direct debit payments.
Are you a customer in a remote area? You can contact ICAL on 1800 700 862 and press option 1.ICAL is available Monday–Friday 9am–8pm and Saturday 8am–2pm (Sydney/Melbourne time)
